John Moore is a contemporary jewellery artist who exhibits internationally. His work ranges from statement jewellery for connoisseur collectors – wearable sculptures – to smaller, very affordable pieces, which are no less imaginative, for first time buyers. John designs and makes every aspect of his work, which is characterised by its originality and innovation, craftsmanship and choice of materials. Form and movement on the wearer are important elements. Necklaces, pendants, bracelets and earrings are all part of his current collections.
John Moore is a regular exhibitor at the annual Goldsmiths’ Fair: he has been highlighted as an exceptional new talent and his work has featured as their poster image. In 2016, his silver and diamond Verto necklace (pictured above) won a clutch of prestigious awards including the Goldsmiths’ Company Award, given at the discretion of their Council for outstanding design, and only presented when an entry achieves the highest standard of creativity and originality.
